Open Breakfast: 7 am - 8:30 am, whenever you are ready.

Dinner: 12:30 pm, On Time
Tossed Green Salad with Fresh Pears, Walnut Pieces and your choice of Dressings; Pot Roast with Carrots, Potatoes, and Onions in Rich Yummy Gravy.

Dessert Cart: Lunch and Dinner, Featuring Apple Pie Alamode, Chocolate Parfait, Pumpkin Cheesecake, Angel Food Cake with Berry Top-ping or Ice Cream & Cookies

Supper: 5:00 pm Sharp
Fresh Creamy Coleslaw, Thick
Rich New England Clam Chowder,

2:00-3:00 pm: Decorating Sugar Cookies for tomorrow’s Kindergarten Art Show

2:00-3:00 pm: Our young guests arrive and precede to decorate our walls with their incredible artistic creations. They walk with us around the house to proudly show us “their work.”
Then we all sit down to enjoy “our work,” our beautifully decorated cookies. And then they are gone—Whew—Quiet again!!!

An Average Day
of Exercise

9:30-10:00 am: Whomever would like to join In...Welcome!

Sing--Oh What a Beautiful Morn-ing!! Oh what a beautiful Day!!

Chair Exercise:
1. Leg lifts: One at a time, bend knee-lift, stretch out, bend, set back down. Next leg, do the same.
2. Raise both arms above head, turn palms one way then the next several times, shake’em out, lower to your sides, shak’em out again.
3. With both arms out in front of you, turn from the waist to your left, moving your arms in the same direction, then back to center. Do the same to the right and back.
4. Laugh out loud!!!!
5. Giant rubber ball toss.
6. Join us at 3pm for our outside adventure walk. Meet on back
patio. See you there!!!!

We have many, many different exercises to do each day and fun videos to follow. We even have the “Dancing Grannies” stopping by to perform for us. (We will let them do all the work and just sit back and enjoy watching, or exercise along with them if we want.)
